Guidelines
for The Broomfield Senior Resource Scholarship Program
Eligibility:
Must be a resident of the City & County of Broomfield
Recipient must be age 60 or older
One
time financial assistance may be available for:
Prescription drug cost and co-payments
Fees for doctor's / dentist's visits
Payments for medical / dental treatment
Lakeshore Cafe meals and / or Meals on Wheels assistance, up to 50%
Other requests will be considered on an individual basis

as they are received
